Service Description

Our defence development is a high intensity program developing skating agility, quickness as well as puck handling, passing and shooting skills using defensemen specific drills. We will focus on individual tactical skills such as gap control, angling, proper stick positioning and how to limit time and space. We will create specific defensive situations with, 1v1, 2v1, net front coverage, effective penalty kill strategies to help with confidence and hockey IQ.
