HI TEMPO SKILLS
High Tempo Skills sessions will focus on building and developing fundamental hockey skills in skating, puck handling and shooting with progressive drills and skill sessions.
POWERSKATING
Power Skating sessions will work on stride correction, explosive power, balance, control, edge work and drills. Power Skating focuses more on the skating and helps increase edge control, body posture and more effortless movement.
DEFENCE DEVELOPMENT
Our defence development is a high intensity program developing skating agility, quickness as well as puck handling, passing and shooting skills using defensemen specific drills.
CHECKING SKILLS
We designed this program because checking is an essential skill in hockey for players playing both non-contact and contact hockey.
