Offensive Skills Clinic
The Offensive Skills Clinic is designed for offensive players. The goal of the offensive skills clinic is to thoroughly break down the skills, concepts, mechanics that will elevate your game and help make you an elite offensive threat on the field. We will cover stick work, time and room shooting, shooting on the run, interior shooting, cutting, moving off ball, dodging, feeding, etc. Offensive players will be broken down by age and position (attack, midfield). We will lead tutorials on strength and conditioning, nutrition, and off-field practices that will help offensive players reach their fullest potential. The Offensive Skills Clinic will be a unique training experience and we hope to see you soon.
DEFENDER
Defensive Skills Clinic focus purely on the defensive position and what it takes to be a well-rounded defender. Areas of focus will be fundamentals, stance work, breakdowns, footwork, stick-work, takeaway checks, handwork (hand speed drills), and the techniques involved in becoming a great close defensemen. Successful skill development comes down to quality repetitions with immediate feedback. Join our staff and let us take your athlete to the next level! What's different? Training sessions, drills, film, yoga, strength and conditioning, strategy, and all other lacrosse components will be geared towards getting the most out of the athlete. If you're a defender looking to improve, there isn't a better program available. Period.
GOALIE
Our mission is to mold the next generation of exceptional Lacrosse Goalies. We provide a comprehensive program for individuals passionate about being the backbone of their team, learning and fine-tuning their skills, and pushing their boundaries to reach the highest level of competition. Our experienced coaches not only focus on strategies to make the big save but also instill the importance of tactical awareness, communication, and leadership skills required for being a successful goalie.
