Service Description

PEP - Power Skating are 30 minute sessions prior to your actual PEP session. We will work on stride correction, explosive power, balance, control, edge work and drills. Power Skating focuses more on the skating and helps increase edge control, body posture and more effortless movement. Become a better skater, become a better player. NO Pucks are used in the drills; the main focus of these sessions are form, skating skill, edge work and technical skill to train on PEP
